These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set forth the conditions for the use of the membership-based video streaming service (“the Service”) provided by Kinatan Operation (“the Operator”). By using the Service, users agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the Operator and users regarding the use of the Service.

Article 2 (Registration)

Users may register by submitting the required information in the designated manner. Paid membership shall be completed upon payment in USDT.

Article 3 (Prohibited Activities)

• Downloading, unauthorized reproduction, or screen recording of videos
• Sharing accounts with others
• Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Operator

Article 4 (Restriction on Minors)

The Service is strictly limited to users 18 years of age or older. Minors under 18 are prohibited from use.

Article 5 (Refund Policy)

Due to the nature of digital content, once paid, fees for purchased content are non-refundable and non-cancellable. This applies even if the Service becomes unavailable due to server suspension, system failure, or termination of the Service.

Article 6 (Service Suspension or Termination)

The Operator may suspend or terminate part or all of the Service for system maintenance, malfunction, or other unavoidable reasons.

Article 7 (Disclaimer of Liability)

The Operator shall not be liable for damages caused to users in connection with the Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Operator.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court with jurisdiction over the Operator’s location, as the court of first instance.
